Metal Ant
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Sneak, whistle, vanish... and save your ant queen!
In this quirky stealth game, you and up to three friends take control of a squad of special ants on a mission to rescue your kidnapped queen from the evil red ants. It’s like a heist movie—if everyone was tiny, had antennae, and could vanish at will.
Crawl through enemy territory, distract patrolling guards with loud (and oddly human) whistles, switch camera views for tactical advantage, and use temporary invisibility to escape tight situations. Timing, teamwork, and a good sense of humor are your best tools.
Features:
-
Up to 4-player local co-op: teamwork makes the queen work
-
Silly, cartoon-style stealth in a bug-sized battlefield
-
Whistle to lure enemies, or just to annoy your friends
-
Switch perspectives and play from a first-person ant view
-
Temporary invisibility for those “oh no” moments
-
Multiple levels (and more on the way!)
The game is currently in mid-development. I'm still building new levels, polishing mechanics, and occasionally being distracted by real ants walking across the keyboard. Stay tuned for updates!
